QUESTIONS OR NEED HELP?  If you have questions or need "Help," first click on the Link called Profile Page Help just below the MICDS Website Link (www.micds.org) at the top of the left hand column.  You will there find step by step instructions on how to create your Profile and Upload photos.  We suggest you print out the page entitled Profile Page Help and keep it handy as your work on your Profile.  You can also click on the "Contact Us" tab on the top bar above and send an email or call your Site Administrators - Louise Knight - 570 966 4245 (home) or 570 238 3594 (cell) or Diana Francis - 314 993 0230 (home) or 314 920 9552 (cell). 

CREATE A DESK TOP SHORTCUT.  As a huge time saver for logging into the website, make a computer screen (desktop) shortcut.  It's very easy.  Put your cursor any place on the Home page itself.  Right click and you will see a drop down menu with a choice about halfway down called "Create shortcut."  Click on that choice, and you will suddenly see a shortcut on your computer screen.  If you want to add a picture image to the shortcut, right click on the shortcut.  A drop down menu appears.  Click on "Properties." A screen will come up with a box that says "Change Icon."  Click on the box and select an image from the icon choices.  After you pick an icon, click "ok" at the bottom of the screen.  In the future you can bring up the Home page by clicking on the shortcut.

BECOMING A MEMBER - READ THIS THE FIRST TIME YOU VISIT THE WEBSITE!  Before you can log in as a member, you must become a member.  It's easy, free, and the site (except for the Home Page) is security protected.  Here's what you do.  Go to the box in the upper right corner entitled "Members Log In."  In the area just below the green "Log In" button, click on the words in blue "JOIN HERE."  A box will appear with the words "JOIN HERE" in blue.  Click on the words and your name will appear.  Click on your name and a field appears with your name and address.  You need to type in your email address and confirm it, and then scroll down and type in a  password.  (Be sure to write it down so you won't forget it).  Click on each of the "Step" buttons at the bottom of each page until you get to the end of Step Five.  At the bottom of the last page click on "Save Changes."  You don't need to fill out anything else on the Profile at this time.  You will go back later and complete the questionnaire portion.  Go back to the Home Page tab (click on the words "Home Page" on the bar across the top of the page).  Now you can Log In as a member and enjoy the Website!!
